📋 Description

• Lead capital projects from concept to construction, meeting budgets and schedules.
• Forecast timelines, plan staffing, and coordinate resources across multiple projects.
• Oversee design and bidding of complex waterway structures (locks, dams, gates).
• Resolve design challenges within site constraints, regulations, and budgets.
• Conduct site investigations and due diligence for project guidelines.
• Provide senior technical oversight and mentorship for engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in water engineering with waterway structures experience.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with SAP2000 or STAAD.Pro.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, wood, and masonry design.
