Write clean, well-documented code and promote technical quality.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional Python engineering experience
3+ years designing/building APIs (FastAPI or Flask)
3+ years full-stack Python development
Experience with MCP servers
Experience with Deterministic LLM programming (LangChain, etc.)
Familiarity with OLTP databases and caching
