End-to-end implementation for new customers, building out processes from scratch
Lead training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to use the product
Proactive project management across many customers on onboardings
Collaborate with product/engineering to set expectations and capabilities
Do whatever it takes to make customers happy and onboard quickly

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Procurement/Sourcing, ERP/P2P, or B2B SaaS customer management
Experience with procurement tools/ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Sage, Oracle Fusion
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and proactive mindset
Experience with product/engineering teams
Ability to push back while keeping customers happy
