Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
8+ years estimating experience in heavy-civil or geotechnical fields
Experience with Primavera/MS Project and estimating software (Bid2Win/B2W, HCSS)
Quantity takeoff, MS Office, Excel proficiency
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet bids deadlines and mentor staff
