Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Execute day-to-day compliance tasks in the EMEA region from London.
• Support internal investigations program; manage case files, witness interviews, and final reports.
• Design and implement policies and controls to protect customers and employees while meeting legal
• Assist with conflict of interest disclosures, gift/entertainment reviews, and training programs.
• Coordinate regional compliance training content and measure effectiveness.
• Project manage cross-functional compliance initiatives and integrity communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of compliance and investigative experience
• Experience building and designing compliance frameworks
• Interest in leveraging AI in compliance functions
• Experience conducting complex investigations and witness interviews
• In-house legal dept or tech company compliance experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration
