• A minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, business process improvement, project management
• Strong analytical and process thinking; ability to design scalable fixes.
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms; curiosity about AI failure modes.
• Basic SQL is an advantage for data pulling to support QA findings.
• Clear, structured written communication for documentation used by humans and AI.
