• Partner with recruiters; coordinate interviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive high-leverage sourcing with automation and personalized outreach.

• Significant experience in executive sourcing or recruiting research.
• Track record supporting executive hiring across Ops, IT, Revenue, GTM, Marketing.
• Deep research capability with market insights and search direction.
• Excellent executive messaging to engage hard-to-reach talent.
• Strong comfort with AI sourcing tools and outreach analytics.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics to adjust strategy.
• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth tech environments.
