Senior Faculty Recruiter

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle, strategic faculty recruitment plans for assigned departments and requisitions.
• Conduct intake meetings, refine job requirements, and craft postings with inclusive language.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates for faculty, provider
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via outreach, events, networking, and targeted channels.
• Advise hiring leaders on inclusive recruitment, interviewing, and equitable decision-making.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a professional candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible recruitment experience, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience recruiting for specialized faculty, provider, or executive positions.
• Strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
