Senior Field Engineer

📋 Description

• Anticipate the needs of the Solutions Engineering team.
• Design, develop, and deliver technical presentations and white papers.
• Create and deliver training materials, demos, and workshops.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Eng, and Customer Experience teams.
• Become a SME on Grafana products for deep technical meetings and webinars.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical roles (SRE/Dev/Architect) or presales; OSS a plus.
• Deep knowledge of 2-3 observability stacks: Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo.
• Experience planning/executing an Observability strategy.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language.
• Strong understanding of modern software lifecycle and debugging.
• Linux familiarity with common tools.
