Senior Field Engineer

📋 Description

• Anticipate Solutions Engineering team needs.
• Design, develop, and deliver technical presentations and white papers.
• Create and deliver training, demos, and workshops for customers and community.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and CX to support engagements.
• Become SME on Grafana products to support deep-dive meetings, blogs, and webinars.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as SRE/Developer/Architect or presales Solution Architect; OSS selling a plus.
• Deep understanding of 2–3 observability tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
• Experience architecting cloud apps on AWS/Azure/GCP with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Strong SDLC knowledge including debugging and investigation.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Linux familiarity and experience with common tools.
