• Lead Deployment Projects: Lead complex, multi-site customer projects from onboarding through to
• Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership
• Field Operations Leadership: Coordinate the operational work of field technicians and internal
• Trusted Advisory: Consult with global industrial clients to integrate robotics into their broader
• Value Realization & Training: Lead training and enablement sessions for diverse audiences, from
• Strategic Feedback Loop: Translate field insights and recurring operational themes into actionable

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree in engineering, robotics or a related field
• Experience: Proven track record in customer-facing role, ideally within robotics, industrial
• Communication: Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to both executive leadership and
• Change Management: Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, navigate
• Operational Leadership: Strong capability to coordinate teams, manage on-site priorities, and
• Travel: Enthusiastic about frequent international travel (up to 60%) and comfortable working
