• Lead field teams of 4–8 staff during deployments across the United States.

• 15+ years of experience leading teams.
• Experience in outdoor/technical/utility field environments preferred.
• Prior work with water utility personnel or municipalities beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• High physical endurance for extended outdoor activity.
