Senior Field Service Technican

📋 Description

• Hands-on field service at customer sites for critical power equipment
• Troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and
• Identify issues, recommend corrective actions to improve performance and reliability
• Prepare for service assignments per customer requirements, quality, and safety standards
• Coach and train Associate/Field Service Technicians; supervise complex site activities
• Prepare material/equipment lists and ensure parts/tools meet quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering/Engineering Technology with 6+ years, or Associate’s with 8+
• Hands-on experience servicing critical power or related electrical equipment
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts
• Collaborative, independent work style; strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced MS Office; project management basics using Project/Excel
• Proven ability to create/test plans and report results
