Senior Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Perform on-site field service activities: troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs
• Work with customers to identify challenges and improve equipment performance.
• Execute service activities per customer requirements, work instructions, quality standards, and
• Prepare material lists and ensure parts/equipment meet quality requirements.
• Identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Coach and supervise technicians and act as a trainer when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 4+ years of
• Strong hands-on experience with critical power equipment, electrical systems, field service
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate and work independently in customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project-management tools such as MS Project or Excel.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $68,600–$109,760 (USD) with final compensation based on qualifications/experience.
