Senior Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Join Monzo’s Finance team to partner with the Borrowing collective.
• Support Flex Credit cards, Loans and Overdraft portfolios.
• Own end-to-end financials, P&L, balance sheet and financial controls.
• Build business cases and challenge investment choices.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, risk, product, and marketing.
• Drive scalable decision-making processes as Monzo grows.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a financial business partner with senior leaders.
• Strong financial modelling; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/Python is a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset; able to derive insights and actions.
• Interpersonal and influencing skills across functions.
• Experience building business cases and presenting investment options.
• Retail banking background; understanding of credit and NPV/ROE frameworks.
