Senior Finance Controller - India

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end India finance operations (payroll, AP, treasury, compliance)
• Build finance function from scratch and scale with growth
• Establish local controls, policies, and approval workflows
• Manage payroll, tax withholdings, and statutory deductions
• Partner with global team on reporting and group controls

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in senior role in India
• Deep expertise in Indian statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Companies Act)
• Experience building finance operations from scratch in high-growth startup
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll, treasury, and banking operations
• Experience working with global teams and multi-entity structures
