Senior Finance Lead, Credit Card

📋 Description

• Own the Credit Card P&L: forecast-vs-actual, variance analysis, and financial reporting for the
• Be the embedded finance partner: liaise between Finance and Credit Card leadership; flag financial
• Own unit economics: build/maintain CAC, LTV, contribution margin, portfolio yield, delinquency and
• Drive planning cycles: lead inputs to annual planning and quarterly re-forecasts.
• Build the business case: size/evaluate initiatives with data-backed analysis.
• Partner with Credit/Data Science on portfolio performance; translate into finance terms.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, bizops, consulting, or banking; lending/credit
• Proven track record owning an P&L or financial narrative at senior level with BU/executive
• Strong unit economics and financial modeling; exposure to credit/lending economics a plus.
• Comfortable with SQL; Databricks/Aleph a plus.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to drive efficiency in analysis/reporting.
• Ability to influence non-finance leaders and push back on assumptions.
