Senior Finance Manager, Americas Sales

📋 Description

• Serve as primary finance partner to Americas Sales leaders.
• Drive deal structuring and commercial reviews with the deal desk.
• Own weekly, monthly, quarterly financial reporting and metrics.
• Lead forecasting, planning and EB (Expense-to-Bookings) reporting.
• Drive process improvement and automation across finance workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Revenue Accounting, and HR.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven FP&A and GTM finance experience supporting sales.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling; dashboards and automation.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite, Clari, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous env.
• Attention to detail; synthesize data and present insights.
• Excellent communication; collaborative and team-oriented.
• On-site: primarily in the Chicago, IL office.
