Senior Finance Manager – Financial Control & Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end monthly, quarterly and annual close across Group entities
• Review consolidated accounts, reconciliations and schedules
• Lead complex accounting matters and escalate material judgements
• Maintain Group policies, close procedures and controls
• Ensure integrity of general ledgers and consistent practices
• Partner with FP&A for accurate actuals and forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years in finance, strong in control and operations
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CA) preferred
• Technical accounting foundation; independent issue resolution
• Experience with month-end close, reporting, audits, compliance
• Experience building and developing finance teams
• Multi-country/international exposure; strong working-capital knowledge
