Senior Finance Manager, R&D Oncology

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Oncology Clinical Development and Portfolio PMO.
• Lead data-driven planning and cross-functional alignment for portfolio decisions.
• Drive financial commitments and identify value drivers across R&D.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/ LRPs, LBE cycles and scenario planning.
• Provide variance analysis and senior management reporting.
• Mentor team members to support growing business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Health/Life Sciences required.
• 8-10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership with executives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
