Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with teams to build, maintain, and update annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Review and support spend approvals ensuring alignment with budget and controls
• Act as finance resource for leaders, providing analysis and recommendations
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across entities
• Build and maintain financial models and what-if scenarios for decision-making
• Prepare and present financial results and KPIs to leadership and Board

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field
• 5+ years in financial analysis or FP&A
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Ability to learn new FP&A tools and use AI tools to create efficiencies
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (e.g., SAP); strong analytical and communication skills
