Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Support month-end close: reconciliations, revenue, accruals, intercompany
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports for regulatory filings
• Strengthen internal controls for accuracy and timely reporting
• Develop automated processes for financial reporting and analytics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial priorities
• Navigate regulatory changes across Americas and other jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years in financial services/fintech/crypto
• Deep understanding of GAAP and IFRS
• Experience in financial reporting, planning, performance analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
