📋 Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Develop and maintain financial models to identify trends, risks, opportunities
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting with variance analysis
• Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for executives
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support planning cycles
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and modern financial modeling tools
• Ability to build financial models and analyze large datasets
• Excellent communication and storytelling with non-finance stakeholders
• Experience in remote, multicultural, distributed teams; nonprofit experience a plus
