📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Mohali; FP&A for Public Sector Geo; US HQ partner.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly GTM performance; variance vs forecast.
• Manage headcount and expense reporting; drive cost-saving and automation.
• Support annual planning and rolling forecasts; build financial models.
• Collaborate with US GTM Ops and Global FP&A; PST overlap.
• Use AI/ML to automate reporting and improve forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• AI/ML tools to automate reporting and forecasting.
• 3-5 years FP&A or Sales/Business Finance in high-growth SaaS/tech.
• CA or MBA in Finance or equivalent.
• Excel/Sheets advanced; ERP/EPM: NetSuite/Adaptive.
• CRM/BI: Salesforce/Tableau; basic SQL or Python.
