Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Own financial models and reporting cycles for multiple clients (actuals, budgets, rolling forecasts).
• Build and maintain standardized Excel models following best practices.
• Review and oversee model updates using AI tools to accelerate variance analysis and reporting.
• Create dashboards and executive-ready reporting materials for urgent needs and long-term improvements.
• Deliver actual vs budget vs forecast analysis with clear narratives and actions.
• Partner with CFOs and leaders as a trusted financial advisor.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of FP&A/financial analysis experience.
• Proven experience building financial models from scratch in Excel.
• Experience using AI tools in financial modeling, analysis, or reporting; willingness to learn AI.
• Experience creating client-facing dashboards, reports, or executive presentations.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and core financial statements.
• Experience in SaaS industry is highly preferred.
