Senior Financial Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the client billing/invoicing process to ensure accuracy
• Validate client revenue and invoices to ensure accuracy
• Track AR and aging reports
• Manage client payments and reconciliation with processors and bank
• Assist month-end close and ensure GAAP compliance
• Lead executive reporting and dashboards for leadership reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years accounting experience incl AR/AP, month end close
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience with NetSuite and Stripe preferred
• Experience with invoicing, payments, reconciliation, cash management, and tax
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
