Senior Financial Portfolio Analyst – Servicing

📋 Description

• Provide advanced financial analysis for a servicing portfolio
• Monitor portfolio performance and compliance
• Forecast servicing revenue and costs under varying conditions
• Develop MSR valuation and cost-to-service models
• Produce monthly senior leadership decks with KPIs
• Collaborate with Servicing Ops, Capital Markets, Collections, Investor Reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Stats, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years in mortgage FP&A, servicing analytics, or portfolio analysis
• Strong MSR economics, delinquency modeling, and cost structures knowledge
• Experience with MSP, Sagent, LoanServ; SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI
• Independent, able to manage complex workloads with deadlines
• Adhere to security policies and complete training on time
