Evaluate and manage financial risk (e.g., chargebacks) for a portfolio of enterprise merchants.
Scale and innovate the financial risk management framework and processes.
Collaborate with Commercial, Product and Legal teams and merchants to limit credit losses.
Lead projects from start to finish and align with risk management framework.
Share credit risk knowledge with Product, Legal and Compliance teams for new product development.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in financial risk management, credit risk analysis or related field.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to solve problems and work with technology and finance in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with risk frameworks, policies and scalable risk processes is a plus.
Proven track record of analytical problem solving and stakeholder engagement.

🎁 Benefits

Base salary in Chicago: $125,000-$170,000.
Total compensation includes RSUs (Restricted Stock Units).
