Senior Financial Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own finance systems end-to-end and triage production issues.
• Administer NetSuite and support the broader finance stack (Zip, Stripe, Ramp, Navan).
• Own Serval as SME and roadmap AI-driven automation for support.
• Build AI agents and internal tools to automate Finance workflows.
• Reimagine project intake for Finance and company-wide use.
• Maintain strong controls for SOX/audit and month-end readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial systems administration and NetSuite admin.
• Experience with AI tooling to solve real workflows and automation.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay and record-to-report.
• Ability to troubleshoot cross-system issues end-to-end and explain to non-tech stakeholders.
• Curiosity, autonomous work style, and comfort in fast-paced settings.
• Available to support PST stakeholders; IST hours may be needed.
