📋 Description

• Functional lead for Workday Financials and Workday Grants Management
• Optimize, design, and govern financial/grants processes and Workday configurations
• Ensure Workday aligns with sponsor requirements, policies, and regulatory obligations
• Support full sponsored research lifecycle: award setup, budgeting, amendments, cost sharing
• Support core financial processes: General Ledger, Financial Reporting, A/P, A/R, Procurement
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analyses, and future-state design

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience supporting financial systems
• 5+ years hands-on Workday Financial Management (implementation, configuration, admin, production
• Experience with Workday Grants Management and sponsored research processes
• Strong experience in Workday reporting (custom and composite)
• Experience in higher education or grant-funded orgs; strong analytical, communication, and
