Senior Fleet Auditor (R5295)

📋 Description

• Lead for physical custody of the enterprise fleet within Aircraft Division.
• Maintain authoritative ledger and real-time data for fleet decisions.
• Set PMCS standards across aircraft, GSE, and payloads.
• Own sign-out/sign-in custody transactions; route deficient assets to Sustainment.
• Ensure consistent inspection standards across a high-tempo fleet.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on custody and inspection workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years aviation maintenance experience, 3+ in leadership.
• Prior military NCO (E-7+) in aviation maintenance or civilian equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of FMC standards, PMCS, and aircraft configuration management.
• Strong authority with maintenance organizations and teams.
• Experience setting standards, writing procedures, training staff.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; clear communicator.
