📋 Description

Develop test plans and THAs for flight tests
Coordinate with engineers, pilots, and ops teams
Lead test briefings/debriefings and safety reviews
Direct flight test ops aboard airship or from telemetry room
Perform post-flight data analysis and report results
Contribute to AFM and operational docs

🎯 Requirements

5+ years experimental flight test experience
Bachelor’s or higher in engineering
FAA Class 3 medical or better
Familiar with aircraft systems and operations
Test planning, THAs, and procedures drafting
Strong communication and analytical skills
