📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for embedded team.
• Build AI-enabled platforms, copilots, and agents.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product, Data, Architecture, AI, and Eng.
• Drive adoption with training, playbooks, and communities of practice.
• Monitor adoption, quality, productivity, impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and building AI-enabled products/workflows.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems, agent architectures.
• Ability to translate vague problems into scalable solutions.
• Strong business judgement linking goals to systems and tools.
• Experience embedding new tools via training and coaching.
• Background in forward deployed engineering, consulting, or startup envs.
