Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions for embedded teams, from opportunity identification
• Build and partner on intelligence platforms, copilots embedded into workflows, and agents that
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering to align with SEEK’s tech patterns
• Build capability through training, playbooks, templates and communities of practice; drive adoption.
• Monitor adoption, quality, productivity and business impact to continuously improve AI workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and building AI-enabled products, workflows, agents or decision-support
• Strong understanding of modern AI tech including LLMs, retrieval systems, agent architectures
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong business judgement, linking organisational objectives to effective systems and tools.
• Experience embedding new tools or operating models via stakeholder engagement, training and
