Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Own technical delivery end to end on client accounts—from discovery to production and post-launch
• Embed with client engineering and business teams; translate business problems into defendable
• Build production applications and agentic systems inside client environments: LLM-backed workflows
• Design the integration surface; API design and systems integration with legacy or non-friendly
• Harden prototypes into production-ready systems with security review, audit trails, PII handling
• Identify when clients are asking for the wrong thing and guide them to the right solution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years shipping production software; Python is primary, .NET or Node acceptable; front-end: React
• Experience leading the technical side of a delivery; ownership of implementation plans and
• API design and systems integration; ability to work with older, poorly documented systems and make
• Real client-facing delivery experience; able to run discovery sessions and deliver accounts without
• Production experience with LLMs and agents; prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate between technical and executive teams.
