  • Own relationships across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a strategic, customer-facing role (Customer Success, Forward Deployed Eng, etc.) in B2B
  • Experience managing complex enterprise relationships, ideally Fortune 500.
  • Proven ability to build trusted executive relationships and demonstrate customer value.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with executives, analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate objectives into actionable technical discussions and business impact.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams.
