Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Strategy Intelligence

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled strategy tools for SEEK's Strategy team
• Build AI-enabled platforms, copilots, and agents to support analytics and planning
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering
• Drive adoption through training, playbooks and communities of practice
• Monitor adoption, quality and business impact for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and building AI-enabled products, workflows, agents or decision-support systems
• Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems, agent architectures and guardrails
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Strong business judgment and strategic thinking to link objectives to systems
• Experience embedding new tools through stakeholder engagement and coaching
• Experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, product management, consulting
