📋 Description

• Owns Behavox's core three-statement and operating model, ensuring accuracy and clear assumptions.
• Develops valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisitions and due diligence.
• Turns financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, board, and investors.
• Executes with high autonomy, leveraging modern tooling and AI to streamline processes.
• Interfaces with budgets, forecasts, and business units to drive SaaS forecasting and unit economics.
• Maintains rigorous financial systems and AI tooling awareness to ensure trustworthy outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong financial model design with three-statement and operating model expertise.
• Forecasting experience, especially SaaS unit economics and bottom-up/top-down approaches.
• Acquisition modeling and integration experience, including purchase accounting and pro-forma
• Deep business acumen: knows drivers of revenue, costs, and operating levers; can spot
• Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity and spreadsheet automation (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Ability to work with budgets, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses; excellent communication of
