Senior FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Owns the core financial model (three-statement + operating model) for SaaS forecasting and budgets
• Builds valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisitions and due diligence.
• Maintains accuracy and integrity of numbers; translates analysis into actionable leadership
• Pressure-tests assumptions and leverages AI tooling and modern tooling to improve insights.
• Works autonomously with high accountability for model outputs and decision support.
• Collaborates with executives, board, and investors to explain financial results and implications.

🎯 Requirements

• Financial modeling expertise (three-statement + operating model).
• Forecasting experience, bottom-up + driver-based SaaS analytics, SaaS unit economics.
• Mergers, acquisitions, and integration modeling experience.
• Strong business acumen: know how drivers impact revenue, costs, and levers.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with AI tooling for productivity.
• Experience with acquisition due diligence and integration workstreams.
