🎯 Requirements

4+ years FP&A/analytical finance experience
Strong Excel/Sheets; SQL a plus
Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC)
Investor-grade reporting experience beneficial
Excellent English; German a plus
Bias to action and ownership mindset
