Senior FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the consolidated group financial model.
• Support long-term strategy and capital allocation decisions.
• Lead workforce planning with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain capital expenditure forecasts and ROI metrics.
• Partner with executives to translate data into insights.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for profitability and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA preferred).
• 5+ years FP&A or strategic modelling experience.
• Strong financial modelling with large datasets.
• Excellent communicator to non-financial executives.
• High proficiency in Excel; TM1 and Power BI desirable.
