Senior FP&A Analyst, Systems & Automation

📋 Description

• Own Pigment FP&A system administration and data integrity
• Drive AI-assisted workflow improvements for finance
• Automate manual finance processes with scripts and AI
• Design/maintain driver-based models, forecasts, dashboards
• Apply AI tools and lightweight automation (Python, SQL, Power Query)
• Collaborate with Accounting/Rev Ops to reconcile data across ERP/CRM

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years in FP&A, finance systems, or hybrid finance/analytics
• Hands-on with FP&A planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment, etc.)
• Experience applying AI/automation to finance workflows
• End-to-end build ownership from manual to automated process
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Power Query
• Excellent communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders
