Senior FP&A Executive

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end audit across global entities with external auditors.
• Manage group consolidation across 24+ countries with intercompany eliminations.
• Coordinate with local finance teams to collect and reconcile audit data.
• Implement IFRS compliance, including IFRS 2, business combinations, revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with FP&A and accounting to align planning, budgeting, and reporting with audits.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation for new entities, capital injections, and intercompany funding structures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics; Master or CPA/ACCA/CFA a plus.
• 6+ years in financial reporting, FP&A, or external audit.
• Hands-on IFRS reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and audit coordination.
• Detail-oriented, organized; thrives in structured yet fast-moving environments.
• Confident communicating with auditors, finance managers, and executives.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills; translate complex findings into clear communication.
