Senior FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Own the annual budgeting process, rolling multi-year forecasts, and long-range plan across all
• Serve as lead financial advisor to CFO/CEO/Executive Team; conduct risk assessments and scenario
• Prepare/present materials for Board, Investor Relations, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee variance reporting (Actuals vs. Plan); diagnose drivers and recommend pivots.
• Modernize financial tech stack; streamline planning speed and reporting accuracy.
• Mentor and scale a world-class FP&A team with strong technical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years in FP&A/financial planning or management accounting in tech/software.
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven track record leading enterprise FP&A at scale (public or high-growth PE-backed).
• Strong communication; able to present to executives and Board members.
• Deep tooling mastery: Netsuite, Google Sheets, Adaptive Insights.
• Experience with SaaS models and metrics (ARR, CAC, margin); bonus for consumption model.
