Senior Front-End UI/UX Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain accessible, user-centered interfaces for complex enterprise
• Translate business requirements and user needs into polished front-end experiences
• Apply UI/UX principles including information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design
• Implement and validate web accessibility per WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508
• Apply semantic HTML, ARIA roles/attributes, keyboard navigation, focus management, and
• Test interfaces using assistive technologies and screen readers as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, HCI, Design, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5–8+ years frontend/UI development experience
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery; semantic, maintainable markup
• Proven UI/UX principles application; accessibility and usability focus
• WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 accessibility implementation/testing
• ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management, accessibility testing
