Senior Frontend Engineer, Design System

📋 Description

• Build, scale, and evolve the design system, component library, docs, and tooling.
• Develop AI-assisted development system for consuming components, tokens, guidelines, interfaces.
• Design robust component APIs for human and AI use.
• Write high-quality React + TypeScript frontend code with strong quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers from concept to production.
• Ensure accessible components aligns with WCAG 2.2 AA and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering; 3+ years senior; frontend platforms or design systems.
• Ownership of a design system or component library used across multiple products/teams.
• Expert HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript; strong React; modern frontend tooling.
• Strong knowledge of component API design and dev experience.
• Experience or interest in AI-powered development tool integration.
• Accessibility knowledge: WCAG 2.2 AA, EN 301 549; keyboard+screen reader validation.
