• Set the bar for code health, testing, accessibility, maintainability.
• Champion AI-first work: use agentic tools across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape requirements into plans.
• Address Ad-Hoc requests from customer support channels.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge within AMBOSS community.

🎯 Requirements

• JavaScript, TypeScript, React expertise; interest in emerging frontend tech.
• Experience integrating AI coding agents (Claude Code or similar) in production.
• Experience across full development lifecycle.
• Experience with design systems and APIs (GraphQL/REST).
• Strong accessibility focus (WCAG baseline).
• Performance optimization: bundling, tree-shaking, lazy loading.
