• Own the frontend observability and test-automation bar so regressions are caught before customers
• Mentor frontend engineers and help set what great looks like when hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a senior or staff-level frontend engineer, owning complex web
• Deep expertise in frontend architecture, component and design systems, and state management at
• Strong grasp of frontend performance, accessibility, and correctness.
• Excellent technical communication and the ability to lead initiatives across teams without formal
• Fluency in a modern TypeScript and React frontend stack.
