Senior Fuel Handling System Design Engineer (Nuclear)

📋 Description

• Lead design of nuclear fuel handling systems
• Coordinate analyses across thermal, seismic, structural, piping stress
• Develop FEA and CFD models for concept/detailed design
• Provide technical leadership on thermal, fluid, mechanical design
• Apply ASME, ANS, ASTM, IEEE, NFPA standards
• Create/manage specs, drawings, reports, interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years in complex mechanical systems, nuclear preferred
• Experience in nuclear fuel handling or similar high‑performance equipment
• Strong multidisciplinary integration and plant system design
• FEA/CFD model development and review
• Familiarity with ASME NQA‑1 or ISO 9001
