Collaborate with business teams to translate workflows into software.
Implement secure authentication, access controls, and data governance.
Define and improve engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, deployment, observability.
Iterate quickly based on usage and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of professional software engineering across frontend and backend.
Strong Python with FastAPI or async Python web framework.
Strong React + TypeScript experience.
Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs; agentic or tool-calling patterns a plus.
Experience with a major cloud provider (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP with Azure readiness).
OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication experience.
